Amelia showed us this cute site. We thought we would check it out and have a little fun.
Steve is feeling pretty good today. He ran some errands. We went out to Hog Wild for supper. He and Aubree wanted to go there. He wanted the BBQ Nachos, and she wanted their grilled cheese. Imagine that. He is already in the back room resting. He did have a fitful night last night. He did not sleep so well. Ok, I know what you are thinking...it is not my fault. I was not snoring. I have been using those Breathe Right strips so I don't keep him awake.
We only have 1.5 days left before our break. I am so excited!!! We had our Secret Santa breakfast this morning. I did not guess mine. It was Cindy. She did an excellent job. I loved all my gifts. She was so thoughtful with them. I got my SS a new stapler for her room as my big gift. That is what she wanted since she does not have a good one. Tomorrow in my class should be fun. We are having a reading day where they can bring a pillow or blanket along with snacks and read all hour. I think those days are so fun. I am going to read too! I am not sure what book, but I will find one by tomorrow. I have a Kindle full and a bookshelf packed. I am a book-a-holic...electronic or paper, it does not matter to me. I must confess that I have not read any books lately. I haven't had time. I know, cheap excuse. There are 24 hours to every day so I have the exact same amount of time as everyone else. I just use my time differently. If I don't get at least 8 hours of sleep, I am a bear the next day. So as you can see, I have only 16 left in the day to read HA. I am planning on doing some reading over the break. We shall see.
I hope you enjoyed our little dances. As you probably guessed, we have a huge disco ball in our front room and Steve and I disco dance most nights. His little "Russian" move looks so much better in person. Believe me, he has the beat. It did take him a little while to learn the split move at the end. In fact, we had to buy special elf pants so he could do it in our video. :)
